Glengollan Village offers over 130 independent units. The units have either 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, and some have their own carports or garages.  

There are two community clubrooms which provide areas for our residents to meet and join in one of the many social groups and activities. There, they enjoy each other’s company for carpet bowls, billiards, craft, happy hour and many other social gatherings. These are resident-run activities. Various outings are organised during the year.

Our resident’s often comment that they wished they had moved to Glengollan Village years, ago as the living is just so easy. PRICING

To occupy an Independent Living Unit (I.L.U.), you would agree to pay an entry contribution to Glengollan Village. This would allow you to occupy one of our units and use the village facilities. There is also a fortnightly service charge that is used towards costs of: staff, general insurances, repairs and maintenance of community building, facilities and to the interior/exterior of the units, and communal gardens/grounds upkeep. 

You will be responsible for all gas, electricity, phone expenses and internet, as well as any contents insurance you wish to arrange for your belongings. All entry contributions have a Deferred Management Fee amount taken from them over a period of seven years. When you vacate your unit, the entry contribution you paid on entering the village, less any Deferred Management Fee and a Refurbishment Fee, will be refunded
